I guess they were paid to do just that since it wasn't kite flying season when we took this photo. With a kite that long, it took the men some fifteen minutes to pull it down.

Yup! Jiangsu has several cities with large economic zones which can rival the manufacturing giants in Shanghai and Beijing. With so much economic gains, the province is poised to take off in other areas. Thanks for the comment.
